Fully Expressed Women Are in L.O.V.E. With Life

By Coach Tracey Knight

We all want to live our best lives, but what does that mean for women? To be a fully expressed woman is to live life on your own terms and to feel liberated and empowered in every aspect of your life. It means having the courage to express yourself authentically, using your personal power, and being balanced in all areas of life.

At its core, being a fully expressed woman is about L.O.V.E.:

Liberation - Orgasmic living - Vitality - Embodied relationships.

Health & Well-Being

When it comes to health and well-being, being a fully expressed woman means taking care of your body and mind with self-love and respect. This includes eating healthy foods that nourish you, getting regular exercise, getting enough sleep, managing stress levels, and engaging in activities that bring you joy. It also means listening to your body’s needs and honoring them without judgement or guilt.

Redefining Personal Beauty & Feeling Sexy

A Fully Expressed Woman sees herself completely -- and she loves what she sees! She is vibrant, boundless, and enthusiastic, wielding her influence and manifesting her truth in the world -- audaciously and unapologetically.

Being a fully expressed woman also means redefining what beauty looks like for you personally and feeling sexy in your own skin. This can include wearing clothes that make you feel good about yourself or experimenting with makeup or hairstyles that make you feel beautiful. It also means embracing your body as it is right now without comparing yourself to others or trying to fit into an unrealistic ideal of beauty.

Being A Powerhouse Female Leader

For many women, being a fully expressed woman also involves creating a meaningful career that doesn’t burn them out or leave them feeling unfulfilled. This could mean finding ways to use their skills and talents in the workplace while still maintaining work/life balance or pursuing their passions outside of the traditional job market. It also involves learning how to set boundaries at work so they can stay focused on their goals without sacrificing their mental health or wellbeing.

Financial Security

Financial security is another important part of being a fully expressed woman because it gives us the freedom to pursue our dreams without worrying about money matters. This includes learning how to manage money effectively by setting budgets, tracking spending habits, investing wisely, and planning for retirement early on in life so we can enjoy our later years with financial peace of mind.

Healing Co-Dependent Relationships

Being a fully expressed woman also involves healing co-dependent relationships with family members and friends so we can have healthier connections with those around us. This could mean setting boundaries when needed or learning how to communicate more effectively so we can express our needs without fear of judgement or criticism from others. It also involves learning how to forgive those who have hurt us in the past so we can move forward with love instead of resentment or anger towards them.

Sexy, Love, & Compatibility

Being a fully expressed woman involves attracting and maintaining a healthy relationship with a compatible partner who holds you accountable but still supports you unconditionally throughout life’s ups and downs. This could mean finding someone who shares similar values as you do but still challenges you intellectually or emotionally so both partners can grow together as individuals while still remaining committed to each other’s growth as well as their own personal growth journey together as one unit.

Creating a Life That Works For You

Last but not least, being a fully expressed woman involves creating a lifestyle that meshes with your personality type while still allowing for fun experiences along the way such as travel adventures, hobbies, creative projects, etc. It also means learning how to prioritize self-care activities such as yoga, meditation, journaling, etc. . so, we can stay connected with ourselves even when life gets busy. Finally, it involves engaging in spiritual practices such as prayer, mindfulness exercises, energy healing modalities , etc. . so, we can stay connected with something greater than ourselves which helps keep us grounded during times of challenge.
