Like many people, I was taught that happiness and success came from checking off society’s list: go to school, get a great career, find a partner, build a family, and accumulate material things. I did all that—two marriages, a high-profile career, the degrees, houses, and vacations—but by 35, I was burnt out and praying for help.
I didn’t realize that my life was driven by co-dependent beliefs, attaching my worth to how I looked, what I achieved, and what others thought of me. It wasn’t until years later, after a moment of clarity, that I understood how deeply these patterns were running my life. That’s when I decided to change."
MY BEGINNING
I worked with an amazing life coach, faced my fears, and completely redefined my priorities. Now, my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health come first, and I’m thriving in both business and life. At 50, I even started running, a symbol of my commitment to staying vibrant and always learning.
